Scott at Shade Smith did a fabulous job helping me select day night blinds for my motorhome, and then installed all 9 of them, including fixing one that had been installed incorrectly before in about 2 hours. Absolutely wonderful company to work with, and great prices too. Highly recommended!

In this day and age, it isn’t very often one finds a company that puts the customer ahead of their own bottom line. One such firm is Shade Smith LLC. Recently, while traveling in our motorhome, one of the Slow-Rise shade units fell down. It happened, we were on our way to Quartzsite, Arizona at the time, the world’s largest RV swap meet and show. One of the vendors and manufacturer’s reps on hand was none other than this great company. The owner, Mr. Scott Smith, greeted us at his booth and after I explained what had happened, he not only agreed to replace the defective brackets at no cost, he provided us with some new replacements on the spot. Add to that his offer to replace every bracket in our coach (more than 20) and I was very impressed to say the least. True to form, I received all the required brackets in the mail, overnighted to my residence. Mr. Smith would not accept payment, even though I offered. If you are considering replacing or adding new shades to your RV, there is no point in going any further than to Shade Smith LLC. Their service and attention to detail is simply outstanding! This is truly a 5-Star business!
